for urban development, between 300 and 1500 euros.
-Forming
Urban Development Interest Groups, legalization
and formalization and monitoring the processing of documents
until the end of development work, between 650 and 1200
euros.

Legal consultancy on development work:
levies, planning agreements, allegations, etc., until
the end of development work and final project, between
600 and 1500 euros.
-Presenting
documentation to Town Councils and other administrative
bodies, intervening in development projects
as a result of public works, planning control,
etc., depending on specific cases, with fees charged according
to extrajudicial tariffs, including travel costs, which
will be charged separately.
Note
on property development issues: All of the previously
mentioned amounts may be increased depending on the importance
of the work in question, taking into account the overall
cost of the development project, technical alternatives
presented, number of owners affected or involved, etc.
-Appeals
before the Constitutional Court, consult prices,
depending on complexity.
