-Defending
companies against employment claims made by workers
(for due amounts, dismissal, etc.), to be defined in each
specific case, according to the total amount involved,
taking the following sums into account: 5% of the sum
claimed or 20% of the amount by which the claim is reduced,
for at least a minimum of 360 euros.
-Defending
workers, if economic, for the percentage established
in civil matters, and if other type, according to tariff
established by Bar Associations of Valencia.
-Cases
involving Work Inspectors (drafting writs of
accusation, intervening and offering consultation during
hearings, contesting decisions and/or presenting allegations
against inspection documents,....), to be determined according
to each specific case depending on its complexity, with
a minimum of 250 euros.

other types of employment work, consult tariffs at the Office.
