-Claims
for debts and amounts in civil cases and other jurisdictions
(employment, administrative law, etc.), claims for quotas
and valuations for Property Owner collectives, civil liability
claimed in criminal matters, insurance and compensation:
17% charged.
-Creditors
meetings, to be decided in each specific case
depending on the amount of assets/liabilities involved
and the requirement being issued by one or more creditors
or the debtor.
-Voluntary
jurisdiction, tariffs of fees of Bar Associations
of Valencia increased by 25%.
-Third
party proceedings, according to tariffs established
by Bar Associations of Valencia.
-Evictions
and contractual termination of leases,
to be decided for each specific case depending on the
amount owed, if the property is a home or business property,
amount of rent, etc, for a minimum of 600 euros.
-Defence
in claims for debts (mortgages, civil operations,
admonitory, foreign exchange operations, etc.), to be
decided according to each specific case, depending on
the amount involved in each case, considering whichever
the higher of the following amounts: 5% of the amount
being discussed, or 20% of the amount by which the claim
is reduced, for at least a minimum of 500 euros.
-Inheritances
(procedures to request inheritances, declaration of heirs,
liquidation of property, … ), between 900 and 1500
euros.
-Verbal
trials not included in those detailed above (recovery
of possession of goods or property, suspension or demolition
of construction work, non-compliance with financial leasing,
etc.) according to tariffs established by Bar Associations
of Valencia.
-Ordinary
trials not included in those detailed above (defence
of fundamental rights, contestation of corporate agreements,
unfair competition, industrial or intellectual property,
actions by Owner’s meetings), according to tariffs
established by the Bar Associations of Valencia.
-Preliminary
hearings, 500 euros taking into account interest
at issue.
-Precautionary
measures, 10% of security set in court, for a
minimum of 1300 euros.
-Incidents
and claims in procedures, 360 euros each.
-Non-pecuniary
civil executions, depending on complexity, for
a minimum of 700 euros, or if possible 50% of fees for
main litigation.
-Actions
for unspecified or unspecifiable amounts will
be charged discretionally for a minimum of 1300 euros.
-Lodging
of complaints/follow up in higher courts, 50%
of price of case in court of first instance.
-Claims
for annulment and/or extraordinary claims for breach of
process, 100%of the price of
case in preliminary court.
