- Drafting and presentation of official requests or declarations of simple procedure and content, 30 euros.

Appeals against traffic fines or administrative
sanctions in general, between 90 and 450 Euros
for the hearing and allegation stage depending on the
importance of the matter, plus 20% of the total amount
of the economic sanction successfully reduced.
(50 % of the above for ordinary or repeat appeal processes
against final judgements).
-Intervention
in fiscal procedures (complementary allegations
and declarations, discrepancies in evaluation, derivation
of responsibility in Inland Revenue inspections, appeals
against final demands and notices, etc.) 300 euros minimum
plus 20 % of the amount of the sanction or quotas by which
this is reduced.
-Administrative-economic
appeals, 150 euros per appeal announcement and
500 euros per allegation stage, plus 20% of the amount
by which the quantity in question is reduced.
-Administrative-legal
claims before single member entities, procedures
for fixed sums, between 300 and 900 euros plus percentage
defined in legal tariffs of the sum in question in the
case of claims against administrative bodies, or of the
amount by which it is reduced in the case of defence against
sanctions or appeals against the administration. Procedures
for undetermined amounts, between 500 and 1500 euros.
-Administrative-legal
claims before the High Court of Justice or Supreme Court,
procedures for fixed sums, 300 euros per written claim
and 640 euros per claim, plus percentage defined in legal
tariffs of the sum in question in the case of claims against
the administration, or of the amount by which this is
reduced in the case of defence against administrative
sanctions or appeals. Procedures for undetermined amounts,
between 400 and 3000 euros

- All other procedures shall be subject to the standard
fees applied by the Bar Associations of Valencia.
