you may request from us in relation to auctions being
held and their dates in Courts, by the Social Security
department and Tax Offices in the province of Castellón.
—Studying
legal and/or administrative reports on property coming
to auction that may be to your interest, previous consultation
on whether you should take part in these auctions, and
the conditions required.
—Providing
assistance, advice and participating on behalf of clients
in any auctions that may be of their interest.
—Processing
all documentation in the event of acquiring property,
until reception of legal possession of the same, including
registering the land or buildings acquired in registry
offices.
—Negotiation
with financial bodies for purchasing property previously
acquired by them at legal auctions instigated for the
repayment of debts.
Prices will be agreed beforehand, based on the complexity
of the matter.
