Formalization of all types of contracts in all legal areas, for which we have a wide range of pre-prepared models that we adjust to each specific case and the clauses the client wishes to include, negotiating clauses with the other party through us if so desired.

In this area the Firm also provides expert legal opinion based in Law for judicial use – in this case, for expert opinions – and extrajudicial use, after being requested from specialists in the fields involved.

The Firm also takes part in Arbitration processes with the Firm’s lawyers acting as Arbitrators of Law or Equity when so requested by the parties involved. Procedures of this type are currently underway, in which the senior partner of the Firm has been requested to serve at the Court of Arbitration of Castellón, based at the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Castellón.
